Well I'm not seeing what ur telling me to see! Maybe cause it's from my phone. Don't offer ur comments if ur gonna be condescending please I wasn't begging for u to offer info!

When you sign into you account on VJ, click your profile, it the last line that says " My Timeline" click that, it will direct you to fill in what you have done already. If you submitted for a K1 and your at CSC " california service center" and you havent gotten a NOA2 " notice of acceptance 2 which would be either approved or denie. if NO noa2 you should call and ask to speak to a Tier 2 and ask question about our petition.

I can't see my profile. I think it's cause I'm mobile grrrr try when I get to a computer

I never use the mobile browser. It blocks the features of editing on this site. If you scroll to the bottom there's a link for full site. Click on that & it's the full website. Problem is. (At least with me) it reverts back every once in awhile. You'll be able to see what they mean & edit things:) I haven't checked to see if you did it yet, so hopefully this isn't a redundant post.

Also, generally the marriage visa takes longer as you apply for the adjustment of status before the fiancé arrives in this country. However, 8 months and you haven't heard anything? Call your service center & ask to speak to a tier 2 officer. If they give you problems, contact your local congressmen & senators. You are definitely past the processing time for your notice of action (noa2). Good luck!

(My phone keeps double posting! Sorry)

Hey, on your phone,,you just simply scroll down,,where it says FULL SITE! Then when it actually turns into site mode, all you need to do is look at the top right corner, where you would see your name: Phlishka. Click on it and then it will show you:|

My profile, my settings, my content. Right then you click on My Timeline....then you go from there :) Hope i helped!

I haven't even received the first NOA!! And they haven't even touched my case since dec 9

When you look at your case status does it say "initial review"? If so, you got your noa1. It was just a paper saying the received your petition

Seriously, call them on Monday. If they don't help, get the government involved.

Background checks are common especially if USCIS suspecting a petitioner involved something. There was a member here, I believe his fiance was from the Philippines that USCIS run background check on him almost over a year. Normally, your wait time about 6 months for I-129F if you filed petition for K-1 visa. If it has already been passed, then try to call USCIS or contact your congressman. Anyhow, out of my curiosity how regularly do you check your status on USCIS website?
