Does Embassy send packet to beneficiary (fiance) via regular mail?

We cleared the NOA2 stage in just over a month. I called NVC and was advised they sent the package to the Embassy (Moscow) on 11 July via DHL. We are approaching a month so now I am wondering how we will be notified. Will we both receive an e-mail? I gave NVC her e-mail address. Or, will only I get an e-mail? Or, will she get information sent to her via regular post? I searched this forum but don't see this specific question being answered.

With the Philippines from our experience we tracked it with the case #. You need to call them back and get a case # since they already sent it to Embassy.

April 15, 2014 : I-129F Package Sent

April 19, 2014 : I-129F Package Delivery Confirmation via USPS

April 24, 2014 - NOA1 received via email/text

April 25, 2014 - Alien Registration Number changed

April 28, 2014 - NOA1 received in mail.

May 23, 2014 - RFE received in mail.

June 5, 2014 - Response to RFE Sent

June 11, 2014 - NOA2 Approval via website!!!

June 14, 2014 - NOA2 received in mail.

June 24, 2014 - NVC Case # via phone!

June 25, 2014 - NVC forwarded case to Embassy

June 26, 2014 - Embassy received case.

June 26, 2014 - NVC letter in mail.

August 4-5, 2014 - Medical

and later email (packet 4).

You, the petitioner, should be receiving an email from the Moscow consulate anytime now (ours took about a month after it left NVC) that has all the information (DS-160, medical, fees, etc.) you need about applying for the visa - they don't send anything in the regular mail - at least my fiancée never received anything. They will also mention that you should forward the email to your fiancée. Good luck!!!

Russia does not have packet 3/4. All info for documents needed is on their site. They should email you when they are ready for the interview. You must get all the documents needed, get the medical, and schedule the interview online. Do not send anything to the embassy. Bring all documents with you to the interview.

You will get an email from Moscow saying they received your approved petition and that your Fiance/e can now schedule his or her interview and medical.

It only took about 1-2 weeks for ours to make it to Moscow after we were notified our petition was approved and received the NOA2.

The easiest thing to do is just email the Moscow embassy and ask them if the petition has been received.

Like someone said earlier, there is no packet 2 or 3. Moscow just gets your approved petition then you schedule your interview and medical.
