it's my understanding that DACA apps not ever hit the National Visa Center - I invite you to redo your linkages for NVC processing...

You should, instead, focus on the change of computer processing systems at NVC - 18 months ago their system was stellar - but since then, with new IT contracting vendor and internal processing changes because of the 'new system', it's caused a lag. a huge lag.

IMO, if you focus on 'that system', instead, then you might get some grease onto the problem. Start with the FAO contracting system, find the contractor that got the award, then slam the IG's office about it.

Otherwise, without an IG inspection, King Obama is gonna remain clueless.

ya - huge kerfluffle with USCIS adjudication process/offices - we wrote lots about it earlier, 2012 and 2013.

If you read the history itbwas very easy go to usa years ago, and people started to meke fraud with tourist visas and still they do it, also with marriage it was very easy go to usa, and many people started to ''help''their relatives to go to usa, for that they changed the rules and any way you see that the country is full of ilegals.

Usa have given a lot of oportunity to ilegals.

If one person went to usa ilegals the governement have to deported them without care, because they went there broken a rules, look many people go there with diferents kind of visas , over stay, work and win money and with that money they pay to someone to get marry to get green cards and they get it.

When the governement have the rules that if over stay never in your life you arent going to be legal, ilegals arent going to go and over stay.

I dont understand americans ilegals get papers easily that the honest people.

My name is thedude6752000 and I have petitioned the government for my wife, who is currently an Indian national residing in that country, to get a visa to come live with me here. I just wanted to thank you, you majesty King Obama, for your DACA amnesty, put into place completely in defiance of the US Congress and Constitution. Although I doubt you care, in addition to the 7 months at the USCIS I had to endure without my wife, I am now coming to find out that the National Visa Center has extended the wait time for every piece of paper they process from 30 to 60 days as a result of the backlog created by your brazenly illegal amnesty polices. I really appreciate all the help you've given to people who have no legal right to be in this country at the expense of people patiently waiting in line to come here the right and legal way. I especially appreciate the fact that I will pass my first wedding anniversary next month alone and without my wife. That's hope and change I can really believe in, because unlike your empty promises to "fix the immigration system for people playing by the rules" I am sure this will come to pass.

In closing I would just like to say that I cannot wait to vote straight Republican in November (and I say this as a former OFA Deputy Field Organizer in Florida)and even to help the Republicans here in Virginia organize and get out the vote, in order to do my small part to further ruin the last years of your useless Presidency, just as you have ruined my life and shattered my marriage.

I know NVC is not involved in DACA

what I was saying is that DACA had caused a huge backlog of petitions for alien relatives in which the USCIS had mustered manpower to overcome

they have cleared the massive backlog which has now flooded the NVC to the point they are now backlogged..

that is what I was trying to say.
