NOA 2 approved but..

Not sure about your expedited case....it might be possible...that's a BIG if. As for K3...we did get approved for K3 and my wife went to her interview and was approved...albeit, pending location of the Hong Kong Police Clearance that was sent last month from Hong Kong. But, if you look at the timelines for the PI...only one other K3 has been approved at USCIS and NVC before the I-130. Our I-130 is still at Vermont. Since USCIS is claiming that they are within their 5 month processing period...it's very likely that your K3 will be married to your I-130. Both are likely to clear at the same time. That will close your K3 application and your I-130 will continue to be processed. You're still looking at a long time even if they do approve an expedite. They are seriously backed up!!! And with the computer system at the State Department having crashed and running at half speed...things are really slowed down now. So, you may just have to resign yourself to a long wait, unfortunately! To tell you that everything will be peachy wouldn't be honest.
