Hi,

I am sure this question might have been asked earlier. I had taken my documents to be checked by a bonded immigration consultant and she suggested that I put all the documents together and submit them to USCIS along with a combined fee? Is this feasible or should I separate the I-130 package and the I-485 package (which also includes I-864,I-765, I-131 and I-693). I am going to add a Cover sheet for all of them. Some of the documents are duplicate anyway, I was thinking it would be good to combine everything and send it?

Any thoughts on this?

Each form needs its own evidence as if they will be separated in USCIS, so that's 7 photos of the immigrant, and 1 of the USC.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
