Triple Citizenship Eligibility

Hi! I saw a post in this forum regarding Triple Citizenship and thought it would be appropriate to ask a question here. I am currently living in Ireland where I have lived my entire life so far and have Irish and German citizenship by birth and I do not have to give up my German citizenship at 23. My Father is an American Ex-pat living in Ireland of Irish descent with Irish and American citizenship and my mother is half Irish, half German and has citizenship of Ireland and Germany. Would I be able to get American citiizenship as well? Is it easier to get before I turn 18? My father has lived in the US for well over 30 years.

The United States is ok with you having triple Citizenship but you'd have to research Ireland and Germany's stance on it.

You're entitled to US citizenship as long as your dad lived in the US five years before his 14th birthday. As long as he passes the US presence time, you should have no problem becoming a citizen. It didn't really matter if you wait until you're 18 or not.
