Dear Immigration Attorney,\r\nHow are you? I hope you are doing well. Last night i was searching on web, i came across your website. I read, and seen people with different immigration issues that you have helped. I decided to present my issue to you, let see if you can help me out. Currently, I have an issue with my husband Immigrant visa. I am the US citizen and petitioner in this case. I filed the petition for my husband in 2007, and he had the interview in 2008 in Islamabad Pakistan. During the interview he was asked a few simple questions.After the interview he was Congratulated by Consular, and he was told that he will be contacted by Embassy within 6 weeks. Neither he nor I heard any response from the US Embassy within the said time, then we contacted the US embassy regarding the said Visa application, but they responded \"Case Under administrative Processing\" In 2009, again We have contacted the consular office in person, and through an e-mail. However, we got the same answer C
