CC date is 6Aug, i have not received the CC email , expecting to receive it today.

Okay good if she made over the guidelines last year and this year you will be okay. He doesn't need to fill out a I-864a since you aren't using his income. Lonh as she shows her income clearly with W2's and such you will be fne. Remember they have to do the whole package all 3 years of tax transcripts, Current employment letter and pay-stubs.

She made over the guideline last year and previous years but this year she didn't because she had an accident, so her husband made 24,000 out of the 41,000 and they filed jointly. but previous years the wife have been filing separately and those years was above the guidelines but this year they filed jointly

I get waybill email for hubby and his passpo number is wrong.

I called and they said I would have to wait until he picks
