You have to have a domicile that is #1. A lease a rental agreement where will you live you have to show that or efforts to get a place. Look at the list I listed above.

We go back and stay at my father in law house. so how can we arrange rental agreement.

A signed statement from your father in law confirming the arrangement. I'm not sure if this would need to be notarized or not but it certainly can't hurt.

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.

Yes have notarized. If no money will be paid state that but you must show a place to live.

Oh ok ours was 8/20 I should probably wait till next week, I hate calling NVC and I really don't wanna hear them tell no interview date yet ma'am... ugghhh thanks for the info

Hey guys.. I was wondering if someone can shed some light to my situation.

I got my visa approved, issued and in my hands mid-July this year but have not entered as yet. I will be entering the US on September 25th.

My husband currently lives in Maryland and it was always the plan, that after I am there for good, we would start looking for an apartment in Arlington VA. Our plans were to move by end of October 2014.

However, we have just found the perfect apartment, at the right price and he could be moving in just a couple of weeks!

I know that I can do a change of address form online for USCIS, after I have entered the US, but my concern in for the SSN. Who and how do I inform them for the change of address?

I just called NVC...and the interview has been scheduled for my kids in Ciudad Juarez for October 1st. :dancing::goofy:

Finally!!! I'll try to call once I receive the e-mail to see if I can move it to September.

Anyone knows if I can move the appointment before receiving the interview letter???

Medical done today. Dr. Lyndon Mascarenhas was very nice and quick to the point. Lab and X-Rays in the same building. We recommend this doctor for Canadian VJers. The parking flat rate of 10 dollars seemed expensive as we needed to park for an hour or so. There is street parking but it was full.
