Nope Domicile establishment is all about the citizen you having jobs lined up no matter. Bring though make them know you have no issues ever being a public charge.

I will be flying on the 17th of September. his been cleaning since last week.... i guess he does not want me to see the dirt. lol.. i really cant wait for him to carry me on his back like a baby.. mmmm i'm a mature baby though. lol

I'm little concern about domicile for my spouse as we both living in india. and i submitted all required documents to NVC reg domicile. such as

1.Voter Registration

2.Credit Card Stmt

3.Bank Account Stmt

4.Recent Mail's

5.Driving License.

Has been in India from Oct 2013. Is it enough to fulfill the embassy requirements.

I haven't called.. i will let you know once i called. I'm depressed too cause i got into an accident on wednesday and i have to go to court for this cause im the witness, it's pretty big deal cause of the other party did not have license nor insurance.....

I'm very stressed out and depressed about to shoot myself... i hope he can get here before the court date.

You have to have a domicile that is #1. A lease a rental agreement where will you live you have to show that or efforts to get a place. Look at the list I listed above.

Bad sign to talk about shooting yourself. You need to stop those thoughts. We have been doing this since Feb of 2013. NVC got our case on 3-4-2014. Alot longer in this than you so your lucky dont forget that.
