Well they sent me an email stating that they recived my response to the RFE. It says on the email that they should have a decision or another RFE for me within 60 days. If not to call them. (The RFE was for Affidavit of support info)

My question is, how long will it take to make the decision after they recived the RFE, could it be within 60 days??

If they needed other evidence wouldnt they have requested that in the initial RFE??

Don't count on it. We got that same message Sept 14 and only received our letter for an interview date yesterday. I made a call last month about the 60 day decision and they told me to ignore that and to look at the processing time for my local office. They may get it to you soon, or they may make you wait 6 months or more. I hope you have more luck than us. By the way, our online update still says we were last touched in October....

Made an infopass appointment 2 weeks ago yesterday and they tried to convince me that ALL green cards were taking 18 to 24 months. When I begged to differ it got very ugly.....
