my fiance lost her visa, passport, I-94 and everything she recieved from the U.S. Emabassy and the port of entry in San Francisco. We are in the process of getting her passport replaced. But the question is she able to return back home without the I-94 that she recieved at the port of entry? Is the passport sufficient enuff to get her back home?

mike1,

She's decided to not stay in the USA?

Sure, she can leave without the I-94 - the Kingston Trio's story of Charlie on the MTA doesn't happen in real life.
