Email. The notice usually gets emailed a week after completion.

But my mom doesn't have an email. And she said before that she has choosen mail for the updates/ or letters from nvc. She's just calling for updates this past months, her atty. is really not helping a lot. She's like wasting money. :(

If she has a lawyer then its the lawyer who will receive the case complete email and interview letter. Its the lawyer's responsibility to inform your mom about it. But then again, your mom can always demand information from her lawyer. ;)

I agree it's the lawyer's responsibility but you still have to be proactive. Even if you have a lawyer, you can have NVC add another email address (use yours instead if your mom doesn't email) to your casefile. This way you and the lawyer both get updates the same time. If you (or mom) don't really want emails, then your best bet is to keep calling NVC.

She said all updates for our case now will be mail.coz that's what she has choosen after our ds260 gt delayed for 3months bcoz they didn't checked their emails. Actually she's calling nvc everyweek. She called just now, she was told to call again on monday bcoz the decision for our case to be completed is not yet done. I hope it will be completed soon. :(
