yeah, that's what i was talking about. but smoke tells me that ms 13 has been controlling the us drug trade for ten years. pretty impressive, if you ask me. maybe we should give them a chance?

It has everything t do with the situation, the nature of relationships and the names people call them.

Nobody is saying you can not have 6 girl friends, the issue seemingly is that you are not allowed to be able to call them 'wives'.

It's not silly. Marriage is a legally binding contract between two people. Our laws and the system that writes those laws is based upon that fact, it would be a collossal undertaking and a huge financial burden to change that. It is much easier for multiple people to just live together without the contract of marriage.

IMHO it is a combination of both. The end user distribution is still rudimentary, due to the very nature of the enterprise, albeit not completely unorganized; whereas the main trunk and channels of transportation across the border are quite sophisticated and refined.
