i think most here would agree in the general petitions they are not expedited anymore just like yolanda from philippines are not. in few cases, very few, they will still expedite..

us for example, got an expedited interview.

It took yours almost 2 months and you say it was expedited compared to 23 days and its not?

Wondering what the fastest NOA2 time is for all service centers, anyone know??

02-17-2-15: Received NOA I-797 letter only.....for Advanced Parole in mail.

02-21-2015: Received EAD/AP combo card in mail today.

03-19-2015: Received the "Notice of Potential Interview Case" letter in mail today.

06-03-2015: Requested to expedite due to potential loss of funds if vacation had to be cancelled due to non acceptable travel docs to Mexico.

06-05-205: Response denying expedite. Stated while sounded important, only cases strictly adhering to the "qualification" to expedite are granted such process.

08-11-2015: Sent "out of processing time" inquiry

08-12-2015: Received generic response stating that due to workload factors USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case."

08-15-2015: (Saturday@8am) received email stating a recent processing action has taken place on our case. Status:Card/Document Production

"We ordered your new card for MSCxxxxxxxx, and will mail it. You can expect your card within 30 days of approval of your application.

8-12-2015: Online status changed to "NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED" . Couple days later, received hard copy of notice.

8-31-2015: Received text notifying that "We mailed your new card"

9-01-2015: Received GREEN CARD!! 275 days from date of mailing/filing AOS.

I think I saw one done in either 7 days or 11 days thru CSC for the Philippines back in February.

I think philipines petitions need to have their own separate forum, so other nationalities petitions dont get confused everytime they get approval from TSC and we open it and BOOM is from philipines.. they should know by now they are an exception. However im happy for them, but i suggest they specify is philipine when they post an approval so we dont even bother opening the post. Sorry if i offended somebody. I think they being rude. We all know philipines get approve fast. Congrats. Just update ur timeline and stop bragging.

first of all no one is bragging that I can see. Most have expressed their excitement but also there grief for those that are still waiting. secondly, if you look at the list of approvals several that have been approved within 30 60 days are not from the Philippines.

7 days from the Philippines. Expedited because of Yolanda Typhoon.

Do you happen to know the link for the Phil. specific info? Ugh, I wasn't prepared and have forgotten everything I've read about what to do next...hahah I will have to read everything again!

You can posted on the Philippines regional forum. There is also a link from Hank that you would help you go through the US Embassy in Manila after approval I-129F.

I'm pretty sure getting an expedite because someone lost maybe everything they own due to a super typhoon isn't something a person brags about. If you see someone that got approved in a short amount of time at TSC, don't click on it if it's so disappointing.

CONGRATS.... but you received ur approval after 6month and half not 7month and half coz ur NOA1 date 13/01/2014... so you fit 6month on 13/07/12014
