Timeline

Hello Friends,

I have been reading the vj discussions for quite some time now and finally decided to make my own timeline.

I am still waiting for my IV fees to become available, called yesterday and the guy on the phone confirmed that my DS-261 was finally reviewed and I should see the fees within 5 business days. I'm not sure if I should believe that? I haven't seen an email to confirm the review either.

Don't know what to do.

Is anyone here waiting for case complete from May???????? Our case number was assigned on APRIL 29! we got 2 checklists that we replied to and they received on June 2! It's August now, like seriously. This is bs!!

SO I was reading that the USCIS is approving some petitions in a months time. That is probably one of the reason the NVC is flooded with new approva

The scan date for the AOS is June 24th and no the guy on the phone said it hasn't been reviewed yet. Are they waiting to review that and then send the email?

YES most definitely , I know I was really lucky because my petition was approved in 17 days. It hurts to see how long others have had to wait.

Behind you by a few days , my scan date on AOS is June 26th. Thats the only thing remaining to get a CC.
