I got this from the facebook group, maybe that explains why some people are over 40business days still waiting for their IV bill, even before NVC started their new 60days emails.

*It's possible that an NVC agent opened your DS-261 to update your info and that reset your date. Supervisor Ike had to open my DS-261 when he unlocked my IV fee invoice. That made my DS-261 "Incomplete" and I had to fill it out again. However, it didn't matter because it was after I got my IV fee invoice.

If this is true, then I guess people should stop initiating supervisor requests before their 30 business day (or 60 day) mark?

I am going to call them before I send this out because I am really confused. I was not expecting this, I don't think I did anything wrong either.

This is the only part where is telling me to correct something:

In Part 6. Sponsors Income and Employment, please correct the following...

[x] Item 13.a. You must include your ________2013__________________ tax and income information.

[x] Items 13.a.1. The income you enter must match the total (gross) incomme reported on your most recent Federal income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.

I am about to go crazy here like seriously.

Yeah they said I needed to make sure Part 6 #10 was correct. Which is was and still is. So they wanted a new I-864 and more banking records. You should definitely call them!

So NVC is now working on June 23 ???

I'm the lady you're talking about and I wasn't originally referring to a supervisor review.

When my case number was ready, I got an email with not only my maiden name (which I'm not using at all) but it was spelt wrong. I emailed them back with a copy of my passport the next day asking for them to correct my name.

However, it seemed my name wasn't wrong in the first place, because a few days later, the DS-261 was ready and my surname was fine. I think the agent who sent me the case number couldn't read properly.

A couple of weeks later, I got two emails from NVC that were near-duplicates stating they'd updated my name and that they'd received my DS-261 and would send the IV invoice to my agent. I believe updating my name (for no reason, as I found out) reset my DS-261 waiting time.

I'm not entirely sure my theory is right though, because NVC insist they got my DS-261 on June 2nd every time I call. They also say they received something from us on June 17th, but we haven't sent anything other than the AOS which was received on a different date. June 17th was when I got the emails correcting my name, so I guess they can't tell the difference between packages received and emails they send out?

I received my NOA2 I-797 on 11 June 2014. I have not received any communication from the NVC. Is it correct I cannot call until I have a case number with them?

Your time line says you filed a K-1, this thread is for I-130 filers at NVC.
