Just spoke to a supervisor Betsy. Very nice lady! Confirmed the checklist it's indeed just for those two corrections. I told her about the sponsor household size and she said that what I m saying sounds correct but since she can't look at the form she can't confirm. And that since we have another tiny box anyways(she actually apologized that how small it is and easy to miss lol) so just make sure that the part 8 adds up all the above numbers correctly. We put n/a where it asked if we are married, what did u put guys who got recently AOS approved? I want to make sure this time there isn't any mistake.

About not using the maiden name since it doesn't say to use the maiden name, remember, not everyone has changed their last name to their married name, so in some cases (such as mine, for example), the last name IS the maiden name.

Basically, put whatever last name is their LEGAL last name at that time, whether that's the married name or maiden name.

FYI, I just received the email saying that it will take at least 60 days to review our AOS package (scan date August 28th)....

I have not received this email so far.

No i actually didn't. I guess I should have. But since the operator already told me yesterday that it's not possible so I think I had given up on this option. I also asked about expedite and she told me the same thing as bdrew said. That they don't forward unreveiwed documents to embassy so I would have to come up with all originals for IV package again. I laughed at that and said forget it. She said that she can understand our hard situation and said sorry.

I was so hoping your husband gets to say that for once but still you got a checklist for some other reason...

same here. AOS sent 25th, and apparently the scan date is 28th. 60 days it is.

It also state that case number should be written at the upper right-hand corner of all documents and also a copy of the checklist should be included when sending the checklist. That's what is stated on the false checklist that I got.

Umm hold on. U put 1 for urself, 0 for adding all the above, and 1 for married? Are u sure this is correct? What ur AOS scan date?

It looks like the AOS fee will be increased from $88 to $120 from Sept 12th.

Well maybe the increase will be used to speed up service??

I don't think its right. Because if you put 1 in part 5 qs 3, that means your part 5 qs 8 will be 3 when you add up part 5 qs 1 to 7.
