Just spoke to a supervisor Betsy. Very nice lady! Confirmed the checklist it's indeed just for those two corrections. I told her about the sponsor household size and she said that what I m saying sounds correct but since she can't look at the form she can't confirm. And that since we have another tiny box anyways(she actually apologized that how small it is and easy to miss lol) so just make sure that the part 8 adds up all the above numbers correctly. We put n/a where it asked if we are married, what did u put guys who got recently AOS approved? I want to make sure this time there isn't any mistake.

Anybody correct me if I'm wrong. Original employment letter to NVC, make a copy for you. W2 form copy to NVC and save the original to you, bring it at the time of interview.

No it's part 5 qs 8. Where it asks to add everything up. See u mark 1 for urself, 1 for adding all the immigrants, then it asks if u r married. So I asked husband to put n/a In that because that's what the operator told me. What did u put? Part 5 qs 3

I heard that blank, zero, N/A all are fine. Guess Nvc has just gotten crazy. If we had just this mistake I would have pushed them more to correct it but now it doesn't matter since we have to send another form anyways.

Wow Tino, you're amazingly helpful and awesome! Thank you so so so much . I will follow your advise. One last question: Where do I get that "barcoded cover letter"? When I downloaded the application, I didn't notice it, unless I missed it.

Your luck wish totally worked! Checked the tracking this evening and it has finally reached Australia. Where it went missing between NYC and Brisbane for an entire week I have no idea, but I do hope it had a lovely time! So hopefully we'll get it on Monday and send our AOS package away then cross our fingers and hope for the best.

Haha this is the first post that actually made me laugh since yesterday lol. No right now he is too frustrated to say that but I m sure it will come up it's so ironic that I DID get a checklist yet I DID NOT get to be 'right'

When I sent back my checklist response for AOS, they wanted us to put the checklist letter in. Don't know whether they are particular about that, but that is what the letter said.
