Funny because i see more and more ppl that are told to send it to attn:DR , maybe this is a new route within NVC ...

Well according to DHL the package was delivered the 25th of august , havent called NVC yet but it takes 2 / 3 days for them to scan it into their system , i will call them next week for updates

My IV cover sheet that was generated on the 7th August said Attn: CMR so I think in reality it makes no difference where it goes.

She applied on the Aug 18th and got it yesterday, so about a week and half. When we checked online it said "certificate is ready for collection" and when we called them, they asked her to email copy of her passport and copy of the online application. Couple of days later we got email saying bring fees and come for the certificate.

Can you give me the email address you guys used?

We applied July 17th and the status changed adound same time (1wk and a half) but my husband went to the embassy and told him to wait.

I also opened it about two weeks after I submitted it... My husband just called today and they confirmed that the date submitted was the original one! what a relief!!! She also said that we should receive an email for the IV fee next week as our DS261 was submitted July 30. I was so afraid that it was 60 days! It's for that I wanted to send the package earlier.

Anyway, she also said that we can send the package now, use the cover sheet of the AOS and simply put Attn. DR

I hope those infos can be useful for others... And I wish fast cc to everybody!

That is exactly what I was told about sending the IV package by 3 different reps. Send it with the AOS bar code sheet but send it to ATTN: DR

I just sent it so hopefully it gets where its supposed to go! I sent it overnighted today, should be there by tomorrow at 3pm. Hopefully scanned in by Tuesday or Wednesday.

That's what I thought too that IV documents have to be sent to ATTN: CMR

Maybe other people can clarify this for us.

demis346, do you have a scan date for your IV documents from NVC? I can see in your signature that your IV docs reached NVC on 08/25/14, but is your scan date different than that?

The rumor of NVC working overtime has finally died (until someone else hears from an NVC operator that they're working overtime)!

Well, it's very difficult for anyone (as long as they're not drunk or high) to believe the rumor considering how slowly NVC has been reviewing documents.

Currently, it's taking about 35 business days (50-55 days) for NVC to review packages.

I thought I was going to get a CC in early Sept, but it looks like I got yet another speed bump (or should I say I got screwed?) again.

Well, I guess I'll just have to entertain myself on here to kill time.

My husband and I arrived on Monday evening, we're settling in and getting used to having him here instead of on a video call has been a dream! I recommend Minneapolis POE for everyone, it was a BREEZE!

Checklist guys. As expected. But shockingly it wasn't for the w2 that I was thinking. They accepted all the sponsor's documents. She said the petetioner didn't check yes or no in a military question. And that we didn't add up the household size correctly. I don't know how is that possible. We marked one for himself, one for adding all others and n/a in married. Now let's wait for the email. I m still surprised though that they accepted the tax returns without w2 from what the operator told me.
