Dentists have NDBE exams . but questions are for nurses and medical graduates (does that include Dentist ?!) .

Well, I'm sorry to say this is to serious a question to not be sure and you don't want a checklist to call ugggg on Monday and ask them to make sure. I am a health care worker a Respiratory Therapist and I do know that Dentists are considered Dr's but not but Medical Dr's hahahahaa did I confuse you more? Poor thing Samreen and I are going to put you in the cookoo house.

Ok going to talk to my parents before they wonder if I went back to Egypt will be back in a while to torture more humans.

Hi Guys, I have a facebook group, I think some guys are in that group, so the majority of people there got the 60 days wait email and we are so mad and worried about it... we really want to do something because it is horrible that NVC has a terrible work day by day, a friend in the gruop had the idea to write a letter and talk with news channels, in conclusion do something with this problem because we really need to be with our family...please if you want to support this idea or you have more ideas let me know, we need more and more people so NVC could listen to us... Thanks

Sure why don't you give us the link so we can go see what we can do or at least sign any letter that might be sent? But then they take so long by the time we are gone from here the problem is fixed but it's worth a try. .

I feel so depressed today. Sometimes I think that maybe God doesn't want us to live together. Hindrance at every step. I m sick and tired.

I know how you feel. I have had a horrible week with all of this. I think it has been harder since hubby came down here to Australia in July and we all had a family holiday but now he has gone back. He is really down as well and I feel so helpless. At least the kids are ok but they just want to go and start school over there. They are 13 and 15 and are both USCitizens but they can't go without me because hubby working and can't be there to look after them. When will this nightmare end. At least we all have each other here on VJ.

I'm wondering if they are just moving through the consulates alphabetically and that's why some haven't received it yet...

I haven't got one, but my consulate is SYD so later in the alphabet.

I remember the notice I received when my I130 got transferred to TSC. It said I would receive a decision in 60 days Well. .60 .days came and went. It actually took just shy of double that. I don't want to piss anyone off, but the back log is huge. They even sent a notice about it.. I didn't even get that from the USCIS. They can't give a time frame because they just don't know. Its the USCIS all over again. I feel so bad reading this thread. The I130s are getting processed super fast and are still getting sent to the NVC. I hope they hire some more people.... But even with that, they still need to be trained. They really need to revamp this entire process. Its is completely broken. Sorry that you all are going through this.

a letter won't do anything. They already acknowledged the problem and sent a letter . they covered their butts. I just think they under estimated the wait time. They did the same thing at the USCIS last year. The NVC can't handle the flow of approved cases coming from the service centers. So they fixed one problem and now they are faced with another. Maybe they can hire more people when the year is over and the new budget kicks in. I don't believe ÑVC is run by fees collected like the USCIS.

If enough people write letters or go to the media, NVC might approve overtime hours of their reviewers.

However, we probably shouldn't send an email to nvcinquiry@state.gov. I sent an email regarding my IV fee invoice to nvcinquiry@state.gov over a month ago. I just received a reply saying they would need 30 more business days to reply to me. Well, I've already paid my IV fee two weeks ago!

1) I-864 is all caps or not. Cause depending if its caps or not it changes the bar code on the form.

2) I have a joint sponsor how should I organize the papers mines and joint sponsors. And when I submit them, I put a bar coded sheet over my stuff and put in envelope and do I make a 2nd envelope with bar coded sheet and put in another envelope for joint sponsor?

1. I did not use all caps.

2. I made one package, with one cover letter explaining all of the contents: my I-864, my supporting documents, my joint sponsor's I-864, and his supporting documents. It all went in the same envelope with just one cover sheet.

1) All caps . I dont think it changes the bar code if you use caps or not.
