Count me in that list of people who were screwed by USCIS!!! I'm an unlucky April 2013 filer as well....................

Count me in too..Filed i 130 way back in April 4th 2013. UCIS kept us wait until Nov 2013, followed by NVC from Jan 2014 until now!!!

Why is Nvc stuck on one date since 3 days. 11 July since Monday. Even Nvc isn't that slow. I was thinking maybe they scan me double or triple amount of packages that day since 4th July was off. No matter how much we try to figure out Nvc it just beats us up.

Has anyone sent their IV documents to NVC using AOS coversheet before IV fee was invoiced? Looking at their current timings, I don't think it will be a bad idea to send IV documents in advance. I was wondering if someone who has done this and their IV documents were scanned at NVC without paying IV fee.

Does NVC also takes at least 60 days to review DS 260 (IV application)?

Yup some people have done it and they were fine it. And personally I think that that's what people should do from now on. Specially since the operator told romii that from now on the would be reviewing both packages from the last scan date. Ds260 does take 60 days according to what they tell but I saw someone getting a case complete earlier because they did this and their applications was reviewed with the scanned documents. That's my two cents

I called. They said the "magic" 60 days waiting. I still have 12 days to go according to them.

In tears don't know how to stop crying. Someone called me and told me that my husband look like he barely weight a 100 pound - yet he is over 6 foot. He has lost so much weight, he look anorexic. He eats peanut butter and bread for breakfast and dinner, he stay in a room all day and barely go out. He goes to school but for the past two weeks, school took a break!!!! So he stays in a room all day all by himself.

I sent mine IV packages on the 8/6 and it was scanned in on 8/11. I received Iv bill on 8/25 and I sent DS 260 on 8/260 - I called about this this morning and I was told, once they review the four package, they review it with DS 260 - it does not take 60 days by itself. The 60 days would have been for the IV package so since I sent it ahead of time, the 60 days started then!
