What do you mean by two months! I sent my IV package 3 weeks before receiving my IV bill and DS 260 - I am so hoping THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE TWO MONTH FOR ME.

SEPTEMBER 19th , 2014 - MY AOS WILL BE REVIEW WITH NO CHECKLIST BECAUSE MY GOD IS AWESOME AND ABLE!

Hehe! I think we used up all of our luck to be honest, we've had an awful time dealing with ridiculous problems ever since POE. But if there's any left, it's yours for sure! :yes:

I am totally disgusted by NVC. My civil documents were received July 8th. I spoke with a rep this morning and was told they reviewed my documents and I got checklisted for the Russian police certificate. What are they doing? Losing people's documents. It took weeks to get the Russian police certificate and my husband had it translated as well. We made copies of everything we sent. The rep told me they would send it for review again. The incompetence at this agency is freaking mindboggling.

Guess we were all on hold at the same time then! :rofl: Well, no good news for me. Nothing has been reviewed. My AOS scan date is July 10th. :clock:

Oh I will call back to speak with a supervisor as soon as I get a chance to call them back this afternoon. We should have had a case closed already.

Hey all,

I just filled out ds-260 form online. I have a question.

By mistake i put answer YES in question Is your spouse immigrating to the U.S. with you?

This is my first marriage. So i put No in previous spouse question.

Does it make any issue or problem in processing ?

Please help. I am really scared.

Aww why is that? Problems with job or adjustment? I hope u guys sort it out soon :) but it's easier to cope up with the hardest problems if our better half is with us :) and thanks for passing on the remaining of ur luck to me! :lol: I need it ;)

A bit of both, but the adjustment stuff would be a lot easier if we stopped having issues with the government. We finally made some progress though, things are getting better :) Took 2 months to push through an application for a social security number and we still don't have the green card because his information was entered incorrectly at POE. Our saga is ongoing. I know you haven't had luck in the process so far but I'm going to pass all my good vibes to you in the hope that life is perfect and everything goes smoothly when you're reunited!
