Just got off the phone with Nvc operator super duper nice old lady (didn't catch her name) .

I called because my wife goofed up on her most recent employment question on ds 260. Wrong address :wow: wrong phone number :wacko::wow:

I tolled the lady my concern and she tolled me not to worry and when she has her interview just to mention it and they will fix it. ouuuuffffffffffff :dancing:

Then i asked if she can see my daughters case concerning her AOS ( i was afraid , due to the most checklists on AOS packet) . She gladly looked and tolled me it was reviewed and ACCEPTED today!! :dancing: :crying: :dancing: . I was so worried and anxious about the AOS (I (864 EZ) . 33 business days to be reviewed.

The lady even informed me that i will receive a false checklist and to disregard it . I said yeah , Saylin tolled us not worry :rofl: :rofl: She was like huh ?????? I explained to her about Saylin's wiki and VJ and she laughed ....

When was ur AOS scanned? Congratulations! And lol saylin ur fame has reached Nvc operators as well now :rofl: maybe they should take some tips from ur wiki and add the info to the official instructions so people get less checklists lol

YES YES! MAY, 2013

Although i had a RFE but USCIS didn't generate the RFE Letter and kept us waiting for two months. We had to put in a gazillion service requests plus calls and were at the verge of a nervous breakdown when the letter finally came in. So, we lost two months in this whole process thanks to USCIS :/ Hope you are out of here soon though. Wishes!

Yep...I'm May 2013 as well...waiting for them to review a checklisted PCC received by NVC on 15 Aug...my file was received by NVC on 4 April 2014 and I'm STILL here....:(

Yep...I'm May 2013 as well...waiting for them to review a checklisted PCC received by NVC on 15 Aug...my file was received by NVC on 4 April 2014 and I'm STILL here....:(

Yup all of us folks from April to June 2013 were officially screwed at ucsis and a bunch of us got stuck at Nvc as well. If somebody who is about it apply looks at our timelines they might change their mind about this visa :P

Just got off the phone with Supervisor Octavio. He has pulled my file and reviewed my information and everything is in order and

:dance::dance:CASE COMPLETE!!!!!! :dance::dance:

Last document scanned 20th June (yes June!) and it was reviewed and filed without the reviewer sending either a checklist or completing the case.

But, now thankfully Octavio has completed our case and we are now waiting for our interview.

I didn't know they could overnight packages from Adelaide to New Hampshire! We live in a crazy fast world. Too bad USCIS and NVC are not in that world with us...

I think we need to wait another week or two for our AOS checklists to be reviewed. We're both 7/22 scans, 25 business days in and counting...

Happy to hear you were able to turn around the Singapore PCC so quickly. Case complete is around the corner for you now! :)

Well they said Wednesday US time so that is Thursday Adelaide time. Still, I will believe it when I see it! At least it is on its way. I wish CC was not too far away but I bet it will be a while.

Anyway, let's hope they review the AOS checklist soon. At least it will only be one thing more then.

Daughters AOS scan date was 7/11/2014 . I noticed last week that we had the same scanned date and was keeping an eye on your posts of any news about the AOS. I think you should call tomorrow .

I am sure you will have a case complete by the 10th of September . You have been waiting toooo longgggg !!

Yay, I am sooooo happy for you! It has been an exciting day for you and everything went great. Now you just wait for the package to be delivered and then case complete. You must be so thrilled to send off that package, like a weight lifted off; it's the little joys in life that keep you kicking... How's your arm?

Yes it is a weight off having that sent. Shame I will now have to wait 6-8 weeks for them to look at it though. Oh well....

Arm is horrible. I am sleeping really well but it is so painful during the day. I am still wearing a sling. At least it is a waterproof cast so I can have lovely showers. Should start feeling better soon, I hope.

USCIS

03/28/2014 - I-130 mailed to Chicago Lockbox

04/07/2014 - USCIS Received I-130 form

04/08/2014 - I-130 NOA1 and transferred to California Service Center (email) (11 days)

04/17/2014 - Received NOA1 in the mail from California Service Center (hardcopy) (8 days)

04/24/2014 - I-130 Approved NOA2 (case number updated on the website 4:50pm) (17 days)

05/20/2014 - Received NOA2 in the mail from California Service Center (hardcopy) (27 days)

NVC

06/09/2014 - Case number, INN, BNN Received (21 days)

06/09/2014 - DS-261 available and completed (21 days)

06/09/2014 - AOS fee invoice and paid (21 days)

08/13/2014 - IV fee invoice and paid (65 days)

08/28/2014 - AOS Package sent to NVC

09/03/2014 - DS-260 online form completed

09/08/2014 - AOS Package delivered to NVC

09/08/2014 - AOS Package Scanned

09/10/2014 - IV Package sent to NVC

09/15/2014 - IV Package Scanned

11/17/2014 - Called NVC was told a supervisor is reviewing my case and it could take up to 42 days :(

11/19/2014 - Called NVC and was informed that expedite request was approved. Waiting for NVC to review and send paperwork to Sydney.

11/20/2014 - Website shows AOS N/A N/A which means it's possibly accepted. (Unconfirmed)

11/20/2014 - Called NVC and was informed of Case Complete!!

Medical - Scheduled for Dec 16th 2014

Interview

12/3/2014 - Email received with interview appointment for December 9th 2014

12/9/2014 - Interview went well but not approved because of birth certificate name change. Approval after fingerprint police form.

12/30/2014 - Medical and police check sent to embassy

Visa issued Jan 5th 2015 :D

5.5 months in NVC

8.5 months total
