I have a question please

regarding question of DS 260 :

Are you health care worker seeking to perform such work in US but have not received certification from commission on graduates of foreign nursing schools or its equivalent ......

My wife is Dental school student, she didnt do her US exams yet and wont work her until doing her exams , what should i answer for her ?

any one can help me with the quoted question please.

also regarding the vaccine question , should i answer yes if my wife going to have them at the medical exam or no and state she will have them at medical exam ?

I am a doctor as well and we are required to give there steps before we can work. I have two and one is left so that what I wrote in the explanation and marked 'yes' in the box that I m a health care worker who is not yet certified. So I think u should do the same. Mark 'yes' and then explain in the box that she is planning to give it when she reaches there.

Sorry edit! I wrote 'no' in this one and 'yes' in the next question which is about doctors and ecfmg. Now I don't know if dentists give usmle or not. Ask ur wife and then write what I told u in that. Dentists are not health care workers only nurses are.

I have two and one is left so that what I wrote in the explanation and marked 'yes' in the box that I m a health care worker who is not yet certified. So I think u should do the same. Oh lol my CS is left. And I will miss this match becasue I haven't given my CS yet and it had to be given before 12 July for 2015 match I was pretty heartbroken.

Now that's the thing I don't know. What I meant was that one qs is about health care workers that don't apply to us. Next qs is about medical graduates and ecfmg certification so I think that's where ur wife will come! I wrote that CS is left and I plan to give it when I reach there.

Q1) u put 1 for urself, 1 for the blank where it asks to total people, and the part where they if u r married u either put zero, or n/a or even leave it blank. DONT put one in that because that will make household of 3

Q2) dunno if it matters but ours was in caps I think

Q3) fr joint sponsor u only need a seperate I-864 form not the entire seperate package. Read the wiki where it tells u what to include with joint sponsor.

Nope. I wrote down that as well that all necessary documents will be shown at interview if needed

lol yes step 1 is a killer I was actually planing to try tourist visa for CS and give the exam since I was stupid and paid my fee in dec 2013 and it's gonna expire in dec 2014. People on VJ even said that I have a shot if I show them my registration and everything but then I thought that I will just sit in the next match. But if I don't get my interview date till October then I m gonna try tourist visa. Can't waste 1500 dollars
