Same here but just a little but I have gained weight I look like an elephant on steroids m04117.gif and I have to start my diet this week and OMG it's the only thing that helps me cope. :(

This made me laugh so hard. I too have gained weight and need to start my diet this week but I don't want to because chocolate helps me cope!

I'm moving to Florida -- I should really get on it.

Just got off the phone with Supervisor Octavio. He has pulled my file and reviewed my information and everything is in order and

Last document scanned 20th June (yes June!) and it was reviewed and filed without the reviewer sending either a checklist or completing the case.

But, now thankfully Octavio has completed our case and we are now waiting for our interview.

I know how you feel, it's in our mind all the time, can't shake the speculating, wondering etc. I don't know how I managed it, but while waiting for the visa I have written my Master's thesis and am now starting my PhD. I wonder if that'll be half way done before we get the visa :rofl: But at least the writing (and working full time) has kept me occupied and hence somewhat sane. :rolleyes:

Good luck with the PhD! I have written about 2 words of my literature review this past month -- I should probably turn my energy to that rather than obsessing over immigration awfulness. :oops:

My family says "I HAVE GONE CRAZY" and due to stress, I have gained weight. :cry: Moreover I can't even concentrate on my studies. Every Night is sooo long. I just keep speculating :rolleyes: , making assumptions, what if I get IV fee bill on this and that day, how long its gonna take after that. Will I make it to December interviews. :no: Ohhh no with this New NVC policy, it might be in Feb. From August I jumped to Sept then Oct, Nov and so on. Everyday I count 30 business days and 60 calendar days both :clock::clock: lol yes I realise I am stuck in this NVC WORLD!! :oops:

I am going to blame USCIS and NVC when I fail this first year of my PhD. I'm glad it's not just me who sits around wondering and speculating (and panicking) about when this will all be over. :oops:

Yay! Super happy for you! This is long overdue... but hopefully just in time for an October interview!

It's frightening that a reviewer can mess up like this and cause such a massive delay but the people we speak to on the phone are in the dark and unable to help. It's a good thing the supervisor actually cared enough to follow up on your case!

Help please my brother offered to help out with the AOS packet and is married and filed jointly they also have a dependent child, ok here it is his wife doesn't get along with my family at all and will never help me out. My brother was going to do it on the down low and well I am very worried she has to sign anything at all can someone clarify :clock:

Just got off the phone with Supervisor Octavio. He has pulled my file and reviewed my information and everything is in order and

CASE COMPLETE!!!!!!

Last document scanned 20th June (yes June!) and it was reviewed and filed without the reviewer sending either a checklist or completing the case.

But, now thankfully Octavio has completed our case and we are now waiting for our interview.

Thank you everyone for your support, and for listening to me complain for the past few months. Love you all!!!

GET OUT OF HERE, OMG CONGRATULATIONS about fing time so happy Octavio has a heart. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO so thrilled for you my dear so very happy!!!

Help please my brother offered to help out with the AOS packet and is married and filed jointly they also have a dependent child, ok here it is his wife doesn't get along with my family at all and will never help me out. My brother was going to do it on the down low and well I am very worried she has to sign anything at all can someone clarify :clock:

If not i shall have to take another route my son's god father offered and is will to submit all the paper work he just helped his parents get green cards and has only one year of work under his belt he had to use a joint as well . Is it enough for one year of taxes or can my husband be denied because of insufficient funds ???

This made me laugh so hard. I too have gained weight and need to start my diet this week but I don't want to because chocolate helps me cope!

I'm moving to Florida -- I should really get on it.
