You have to call NVC to know your scan date. The reps have different words they use, when they tell you the date they received your package, that's the scan date because that's the date they input it into their system.

Couldn't sleep last night so I kept counting my 30 to 60 day mark; then I started including the what if factors and remeasured the timeframe. Added some more what if's n so forth...I guess you get the jist of it.

In conclusion, it was a very long night

Does the DS-260 get reviewed the same time as the IV packet then CC to follow? I ask this question because for the DS-261 I had to call NVC and the agent was very kind and said that no one had reviewed by DS-261 yet that was why my AOS packet had not been reviewed yet. So she went into the system and clicked reviewed for the DS-261 and then a few days later AOS docs were reviewed following payment for DS-260. So I am curious if it's the same process for the DS-260. Is the DS-260 reviewed in the 30 business day window or is that 60 calendar days as well?

That's weird, because my AOS package was reviewed about a week or so before my DS-261.

Btw guys, has anyone received physical mail from NVC despite the usual communication being via email? I received about 4 or 5 false checklists for the DS-261 (lolz) including one which was mailed to my home address. It was weird

ETA: Actually, maybe I only got 3 checklists total, now that I look at my inbox!

Well we know how NVC operates... There is no reason for the order of things sometimes. This was back in July, but my 30 business days were up and heard nothing on AOS packet or DS-261 so I called and asked to be transferred to an operator and the agent asked if she helped and I explained what was going on and she goes well I will fix that for you... Then literally clicked a button that she reviewed the DS-261 and then a few days later the AOS packet was reviewed and got a false checklist then a few days after that the DS-260 was available... And was able to pay that and send out packet IV.

You would get better advice if you included some details about what evidence you sent in your AOS package, how many co-sponsors you are using, what forms they filed, etc...

It looks like this NVC checklist is saying that:

1- The primary sponsor's (or whoever filed the I-864?) 2013 tax documents are missing.

2- Someone who filed an I-864A (a co-sponsor?) may have reported income there that does not match their W2 and forgot to print their name, date, and sign said I-864A.
