Believe it or not , it has been 2 1/2 years since I've seen my wife and daughter. When my wife was denied a visitor Visa last November i promised her it was going to be our last Christmas apart . Without a checklist i have a big chance of keeping my promise. or i am skewed

Guys, did u get false checklist after case completes????? Recent case completes did not have any false checklist I guess...

False checklists aren't generated at CC. They are sometimes generated when one packet (AOS or IV) is reviewed and accepted while the other packet has not yet been reviewed.

Today is my 1st year wedding anniversary. This long immigration process has prevented us from spending it together. Will be spending our wedding anniversary on Skype and phone calls.

All happy moments of our life we have to spend apart because of this process I hope u get reunited real soon and feel urself still lucky that u r at the last stage at your anniversary. We were still Waiting for Uscis approval at that time. my second anniversary is in January. I hope we are together In atleast that one. But congratulations on your anniversary

Yea I thnk you have a big chance of keeping your promise. Hopefully you should be united with your family for christmas.

Next week will be 1year since I last saw my husband. It really hurts been away from each other. I really can't wait to be with him.

Another question. I can't find where it says this (might have even been the wiki) but can't seem to locate this particular part but I'm sure that if my husband is living with me here in Australia which he is, his income on his i-864 has to be $0. He did his US tax return for 2013 and will input all that stuff but we can't find the bit where it says what to do if you're both overseas? Help?

IRS considers any income as world wide income, not just US income alone. So if you have income from Australia in 2013, it should have come in 2013 tax return. If you have current income from Australia, provide that as well with supporting documents like paystub and employment agreement.

"Missing date NVC closed your case (since you were expedited)"

How can NVC case be complete? We have letter from NVC: "The U.S. Embassy or Consulate is willing to expedite this case once we have all the fees, forms,

and documents." What it means? I thought that expedite is contraction our NVC process and was surpriced that it is so long as another cases even without expedite. Peticioner called to NVC and asked several times. Only one time he got answer "NVC process is same time for all applicants, only time for appointment interview in shorter." What I shall change for spreadsheet, if I have not NVC closed? And at what time approximately I will have date of interview with expedite without checklist? We sent all fees, forms, and documents for both cases. NVC will have them tomorrow. If interview will in few days... must I and daughter go to Kiev (Consulate town) right now?!!!!
