Silly question probably. Can I use the same pictures for my DS-260 that I used for the G-325A form for the i-130 petition? They are valid to 31 December 2014 as per Australia Post regulations. Or should I get new ones taken? I look the same, they were taken not so long ago, about 2 months ago I guess.

Photos submitted at NVC have to be from within the last six months (unless your appearance has changed since then, in which you'll need new photos, no matter if the ones you have are within six months). Thanks I think I will still get new ones taken even tho mine are within 6 months, because in the current ones I have a dark-purple bit at the front of my hair and that is gone now, it's just platinum blonde.

Another question. I can't find where it says this (might have even been the wiki) but can't seem to locate this particular part but I'm sure that if my husband is living with me here in Australia which he is, his income on his i-864 has to be $0. He did his US tax return for 2013 and will input all that stuff but we can't find the bit where it says what to do if you're both overseas? Help?

Hi... I am REALLY confused and was hoping someone could help me. So I am the petitioner and am filing form i864 , but my income is not sufficient enough . I want to include both of my parents incomes along with mine so that i can meet the income requirement. Do both my parents fill out form i-864A or i864? (I am currently living with both of my parents and my three siblings who are their dependents). I know this question has been answered before but just looking at this confusing form gives me heart palpitations!!

If I am not mistaken u fill out 1-864, ur father fills 1-864 and ur mother fills out 1-864A. But someone correct me I m wrong
