Just check the previous page. Shinwary has got a CC despite have some corrections to be made in his AOS... NVC has instructed to bring the corrected AOS for the interview.

This really is a wonderful sign and could be mutually beneficially.... Just wish NVC could show some consistency in their decisions.... The real trend should emerge in the coming weeks..... Why wouldn't we be happy to carry our corrected AOS directly to the interview....

U tried expediting both at Uscis and Nvc stages? Maybe u should email them again. I have heard people getting approved in 2nd 3rd try. And yes no offense to the OP but their criterias are BS and they don't follow their own rules. I saw soo many people getting rejected for pregnancy expedites. They are unfair mean and unorganized really.

(L) (L)

Well, it's up to the embassy of who they want to expedite and on what grounds to accept it. At the end of the day, it's not NVC that accepts the expedite, It's the embassy and they're all different. Can you imagine how many requests an embassy gets per day? You have to take the serious ones, and have good evidence and proof for the reason of the expedite request too.

My husband and I will be living with my parents, my father wrote a letter that we were welcome to stay as long as we wanted, forever if we wanted and both parents signed it. That is all that is needed, they accepted it no certification nothing. :D Hope this helps.

OP is trying to prove he still has domicile in the states, where as you live in the States, and you are current at that resident address the CO at interview wouldn't bother really giving much thought into the letter.
