I have two sick parents I'm dealing with and they didn't expedite our case and my husband would help me tremendously but they just gave me the finger, twice. :(Still very happy for her but just don't understand their criteria.

U tried expediting both at Uscis and Nvc stages? Maybe u should email them again. I have heard people getting approved in 2nd 3rd try. And yes no offense to the OP but their criterias are BS and they don't follow their own rules. I saw soo many people getting rejected for pregnancy expedites. They are unfair mean and unorganized really.

Hello and congrats on your pregnancy! I was very pleased to read this since I just sent an expedite request for the same thing. I know it´s a long shot and totally depends on the embassy, but I figured it´s worth a try.

Do you mind telling me how many days they took to respond to your expedite request?

If you can provide proof of trying to find jobs, such as the applications he filled, that would be something as it's showing he's attempting to find a job.

As for housing, get a letter written up by his parents explaining what you wrote above. Have them both sign it and include that. Doesn't need to be notarized or anything.

Okay, the jobs thing is easy, we have copies of all the applications and emails.

I will have his parents do a letter for us, I'm sure they won't mind.

Hi ya'll we finally got CC today!!! Found out when I called to check status ? So happy to finally leave NVC stage it was a nightmare :(. Just a quick question when will it reflect on ceac site? Cause it still says at NVC?

Thanks.. Yes. really long wait! Married for 1.5yrs, and finally can see myself reuniting with my husband :)

Some stupid error in the number of family members immigrating dint match in the previous section :cry: That delayed our case by at least a month or two!

Just praying I manage a September interview slot. (hope i am not expecting too much)
