my lawyer didnt write anything on there , i didnt file because i wasnt working i was in school and yes we did include the letter at less that is what my lawyer said, my scan date is june 23

U mean u left it blank? U were supposed to write '0' there. And are u working now? If no then did u include a joint sponsor? And if yes then is ur income now abode poverty guidelines? I think ur mistake was to leave it blank.

64 days and STILL no IV fee invoice W T F! :ranting::ranting:

64 DAYS!? :wow: That is a crime! :cry:

I waited for 40 days to pay the IV fee and thought that was bad. :bonk:

I really hope you get your IV fee invoice this week. Fingers crossed! :star:

Oh, needless to say... you want to stay away from the CEAC web site. The last thing you need now is accidentally clicking the DS-261 link and waiting for another 30 business days for the IV fee invoice. :dead:

My AOS scan date is July 18 and IV scan date is August 18. I'm guessing I should start counting 60 days from my last scan date for the process to be completed?

Do they review AOS and IV documents separately?

Unfortunately yes, they will review them in the order received. Even if another packet has been scanned and waiting for review by the time they review the first packet, they will only review the first one. So frustrating. Wish they could use common sense and review both at the same time.

Did that yesterday...same BS as always: "It was submitted for a supervisor review on Friday and it's being worked on." I told her, "aren't you a supervisor? Couldn't you just do it right now?" I bet you can guess what her answer was...

They are just so pathetic. I pray you get your IV invoice this week.

thanks nothing i can do now than just deal with it , its disappointing because im pregnant and my due date is nov 25 it would be so sad if my husband isnt here for his baby birth , he's already missing out my pregnancy ;( and my lawyer is not even following up on these things. :( my husband dont even know yet that this happen , i know he will be mad and sad , i hate being the one to tell him all this bad news
