Not sure if anyone answered you but YES why not that's the way I've been doing it and everyone else. I mark each envelope with my name address, case number and phone number and IV and beneficiarys name along with it. .

Yes Soloenta that's how i did it. Each case in separate folders and into one mailing envelope .

My husband needed a certificate of good conduct from Malaysia and we requested it online on July 16th (my husband is egyptian & lived in malaysia 2yrs & is now in egypt) A few days (5-7days) after we submitted everything.... The application status changed to "Certificate is ready for collection" so we assumed it was ready but when my husband went to the Malaysia embassy in Cairo and even had 20Malaysian ringitt, they told him its not ready and to check status online and when it changes to say "ready to pay" then he needs to go back to malaysia embassy in cairo pay the fee and they will give it to him that same day once he pats the fees...and we're still waiting for that before we send AOS & IV packages ?

OMG I hope they hurry up so you can send the packages for Pete's sake! What is taking them so long.

Alright.... 10 more days until my 30th business day since IV package scan date. Time has actually been flying by for some reason right now, so the next 10 days should be no different. Will be receiving good news soon!

P.S. I'm trying out this whole positivity thing. I've decided that I can either be sad and worry.... or I can just put a fake smile on my face and try to forget about all this nonsense... and either way, it's going to take a long time. So I am choosing the fake smile for now!

P.P.S. I'm also choosing to pretend that the 60 day letter thing never happened. Ignorance is bliss!

So as usual Nvc was sleeping on Monday. Let's see what Tuesday has in hold for us.

I know I still have to wait a while, my IV was scanned on the 25 Th of July. But God willing it will be soon for all of us.

I have the EXACT same dilemma, I got my transcript on Friday after requesting it on June 14. Have you decided yet what to do? I'm leaning towards sending it in, but scared

It's too late for you Jeff because you already received your transcripts in the mail, but to everyone else who does not want to wait two months to receive their IRS transcripts, just call them up and ask to have your transcripts faxed to you.

When I originally called, I didn't have a fax number (didn't know that was an options but the agent suggested it), so asked them to mail it. But the same day searched online and found out that you can get a fax number for free 30 day trial, so I signed up, called up IRS again and gave them my fax number. The agent said it will take up to 48 hours to get my transcripts by fax, but they actually came within 2 hours, all 3 years of transcripts. Printed them out and sent in with my AOS and got accepted without any problems.

The ones ordered by mail arrived some weeks later...

Hello Friends.

I am seeing an immigration attorney for the first time tomorrow as I seem to be hung up with the I-864. I need to file jointly with my dad as Joint Sponsor since I do not yet have a job in the US. Can anyone provide information on the following items?

• I am having a hard time getting my tax transcripts - will a copy of my last three years' 1040s & the French equivalent of my last three years' W2s be acceptable (I have worked in Frnace the past three years)? Saylin says that the transcripts are recommended but I can't obtain them.
• My dad, the Joint Sponsor, will be providing tax transcripts for the past three years
• On the I-864 it asks for my CURRENT INCOME. I do not have a job in the US but was employed in France until August 13th. Should I use the annual income earned for 2014 from January - mid-August to describe my CURRENT INCOME?
• My AOS fee has been invoiced and I have paid it. WHEN WILL THE IV APPLICATION PROCESSING FEES be billed? It is still listed as Payment Status: Not Invoiced

Hi Bunsand,

You can get the transcripts faxed to you within a few hours. Just call them up and give them your fax number. I am also abroad and couldn't get them online. I got an online incoming fax number (US number), called IRS and had my transcripts in PDF format within 2 hours.

Wow that's a long run. But don't worry we all are here. Hopefully NVC process might feel little easier to you. Its still draining me out every day. I am right behind you, my AOS was scanned on 14 august.

thank you for your kind words. After having gone through hell with USCIS, I really feel NVC is easier, but now the wait seems unbearable to my husband, lol.

Well, I almost hate to say it, please don't be mad at me VJers.. but we got our case number and invoice number by email today, is that normal?! So weird but anyway we filled in the DS-261 now just waiting for our AOS Bill to come up to be paid.

Quick question. I put my husband down as my agent but they will still send stuff to both of us, won't they? No big deal if it just goes to him as we live together anyway and the US Bank accounts are his so payments will need to come from him, which is why I put him down.

Did anybody get checklist for not providing prove of income for the current year? It says it's optional. what if you don't have paystubs or cant get a letter for your employer? lets say you own a company that its Limited liability. Technically you are an employee working for a company that you own,

I am a LLC and I entered my projected current income. I did NOT provide any supporting documents for that projected current income. AOS got approved.

Hello everyone...this morning I called NVC & to my surprise...it went through on the very first dial...I couldn't believe for quick seconds & literally looked at my phone, if it was the correct number then after waiting for good 25 minutes, the rep tells me that our case got completed! And she added that the next step would be to wait for the email for the interview date...she said that August is pretty full and they won't be sending email until September...which I've no clue what she meant, but anyways for now...I'm relieved...I know I should be happy right now, but since I've waited for too long, missed my 1st anniversary and all these waiting games with NVC, has made me kind of numb even to be happy..now that the case is complete...I don't think I will feel 100% myself and 100% happy until my husband arrives here....but thank you so much for all the support and strength...you guys rock!! Saylin...special thanks to you...for making this journey easy...and good luck to all of the rest of you..hope you all get your cases complete very soon & meet your special someone

Just got done catching up on 11 pages with a 2-yr-old on my lap (not an easy feat at all!). Too cute, she giggles and points to all of the emoticons as I scroll through the pages.

Nothing has changed with my AOS fee today. Can't face calling, will wait until later in the week if still no change. It's funny that I am getting more calm about it now. It's like the grieving process, I think I have come to "Acceptance".

I have gone back to may old job after a 6-month secondment and my workload is crazy right now, so unfortunately I can't check VisaJourney during the day, so I will only be able to catch up in the evenings. But, I promise I will be cheering you all on and will hop on as soon as I have some good news to share!

I must have mistaken someone else with you. Someone did tell me they were waiting since January 2013. Aren't they supposed to be reviewing checklists faster? As everyone says, call and ask for Sylvia to check what's holding you up.

I have only asked for a supervisor once and they weren't available. I will try again next time I call.
