Lol.. Thank you Samreen.. :) Anniversary this September, wish I could be there with her but we are still waiting :clock:

U will be together soon :) they are still scheduling fr sept I think. Who knows u might get super lucky and get cc today and interview in sept :) it's my second anniversary this January. Praying that I atleast make to this one :(

Yes I know jmsumner got it :( our sponsor ordered the transcripts but when they arrived they found something wrong in that. So husband sent only their returns since we had already waited for so long and didn't want to waste more time. So let's see what happens now.

My wife's tax return did not have a w-2, it was only P60's and it was written in the cover letter and on top of the tax return with a sticky note. It was removed 31 business days later for NVC's error. I suggest since your tax return does require 1099 and a w2, you best send it because they will checklist you and you will have to wait even longer seeing how NVC's review rates are going.

Thanks! I think I might just send the AOS this week.

Question if I opted for the Premium Service and optional international courier delivery, does that mean it adds up to 128GBP? That's a lot of moolahh!

My wife's tax return did not have a w-2, it was only P60's and it was written in the cover letter and on top of the tax return with a sticky note. It was removed 31 business days later for NVC's error. I suggest since your tax return does require 1099 and a w2, you best send it because they will checklist you and you will have to wait even longer seeing how NVC's review rates are going.

The real problem is my husband thinks that returns alone are fine since his friends submitted them. He didn't believe me when I told him that more stuff with is required. That's y we didn't send anything all this time. Now since AOS is about to be reviewed In a couple days anyways so I will wait for the checklist and then he will listen to me lol. But since we will be getting one so that's y I was thinking if there could be a possibility of asking them to remove sponsors documents from the scratch and just send ours forward. So let's see what happens. They should review it any say now. Scan date July 11.

12/3/2014 - Email received with interview appointment for December 9th 2014

12/9/2014 - Interview went well but not approved because of birth certificate name change. Approval after fingerprint police form.

12/30/2014 - Medical and police check sent to embassy

Visa issued Jan 5th 2015 :D

5.5 months in NVC

You could have sent in transcripts, it would have been easier. I think I saw someone get a checklist for missing w2.

Hi dilmera, so to be clear, my husband asked for his tax return from this website: http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

We can that without W2's and 1099's?

thank you so much for your help cause on their pdf to explain how to fill the form it is very confusing (at a point they say that w2 are not needed if we have IRS transcript, but at the end of the pdf they say to join W2s...
