Just called and NVC confirmed Case Complete. Scan date July 3 :). Love this feeling, so relieved. I could not have made it without you all & Saylin's wiki. :)

Your timeline looks smooth. And congratulation. Good luck with your interview.

I see most of the Sept filers are getting cc , interview etc.

So did you just neatly write N/A in the spots that you couldn't type into? For example things that need to have numbers typed into them, not letters?

We actually wrote everything by hand for the I-864. You will be fine if you type everything and then once you print it out, write in N/A in the blank spaces. :)

I also forgot to point out that we did fill out the full I-864 and put N/A in all blank spaces and did not receive a checklist for doing that, in case there is anyone that was wondering or is still waiting for their I-864 to be approved. :)

Lol yes I knew it was mostly referring to me :) I m mainly worried about 1099 and w2 missing with tax returns. So if I don't get a checklist I will be the happiest person. Any day now.

If your scan date is July 11, you should definitely be hearing soon! Mine was July 2.

My husband did the same thing. Filled out i864 by hand and put n/a on everything did not leave spaces blank. Praying we dont get a.checklist.

WOW! I really feel like a million bucks! I just called and spoke with Gus, who is an excellent NVC agent and doesn't sound like a robot, and he confirmed that our AOS package has been approved with no checklists! This is a HUGE moment for us because I am the US citizen living abroad with my spouse, not working for the past 4 years, and we were somewhat worried about showing proof of U.S. domicile. I am so happy right now even though this isn't even a case complete. Thanks you to everyone for your help thus far in the process (especially Saylin, Duh haha). :D

Lucky you for having five hrs of sleep. Its been three day straight that I slept at four am and have to get up at five am. One hour of sleep. My boss always tell me that he feels that my physical body is in the office but my.mind is somewhere else. Lol.
