Nope!!! Completed means you have filled and submitted the form. According to NVC quotes, it takes 60days for anything to be reviewed.

NVC received my IV package on June 27th and new Affidavit since I received a checklist because I did not notate how many people I was sponsoring (just 1 my husband) since I sent both together will they review both at the same time? I also received email saying they will now take 60 days to review. :crying: This process is destroying my marriage, don't even know if we will make it by the time interview date is assigned. Regretting so much not applying for a fiancée visa instead.

Why the hell are they asking for citizenship papers in IR1 visa :wow: and if u already submitted the letter then why woulf they ask again :( i m so so sorry soloenta I thought u were done with this BS package :cry:

Thank you sweet heart and no I'm not done by a long shot. I just called and a very nice woman said they were waiting for our documents hahahahaa I had to laugh since I sent them in so I told her I'm sorry I sent them in you have them then she said oh yes we have a package scanned in July 24 Th and it will take umm yes 60 days at LEAST. That is for the IV package nothing for the AOS. They want our Citizenship papers we are not originally from the USA I cam as a tiny little baby we were to stay only a short time but we are still here. :D I think it took my parents a month to get their Visa but the Embassy staff knew them. Long story. Any way there it is in a nut shell.

Just finished writing the letters and scanning what I hope is the last of the papers I have to send these nut jobs. I could have gone and come back with gifts from Egypt with all the money spent on mail alone. :(

I was feeling happy today maybe cause I haven't slept in two days but not now.
