When did you submit form DS-261 because I guess submission dates and receiving dates differ. How did you get to know about the receiving date. Did you ask particularly? Because everytime I call the NVC rep and ask them if they have my form, they would just tell me to wait for 60 days and they do not have my form into their system yet even after 26 days of submission. So my question is if the form shows complete and when I have the confirmation number too and also according to one of NVC rep Kevin, if it shows complete, that means they have it in their system, then why do they tell, " We don't have your from yet." They are getting onto my nerves now. Also I am bit confused if the 60 days start from submission of DS-261 or the day they receive? (I know its 60 days from receipt for documents)

I called and they told me they received it July 3, you are correct about NVC staff sometimes they are rude and for some reason it seems to me that they don't have something in place to go by and answer the questions because every time I called i get a diffrent answer...

thank you!!!

I am going crazy !!!! I have 3 beneficiaries my wife, my son and my daughter, after i paid my AOS fee i called the NVC and i was directed to mail the 3 cover sheets and ONE affidavit of support form they told me that ONE form will take care of all 3 cases. I called yesterday and they told me they haven't received my AOS in the case i called for, but I got an email about a week ago saying that the have received my AOS in one of the other cases I am confused.....

I would try to call and ask to speak with a supervisor and that way, MAYBE you will get a straight answer.

I just want to get a running count of how many people in this forum are still waiting for their DS-261 from either May or June to be approved and also waiting for the IV fee to be invoiced. My 60 days (I feel ridiculous saying that) are coming up in 4 days from the date my DS-261 was received by the NVC and I am getting a little anxious here...

My DS 261 Scan date was 7/10 , my AOS Package was 7/25, and my IV Package was 8/11 - I am still waiting for the IV fee Bill. I know they are telling people 60 days, but somehow I keep believing God will be gracious unto me through this process - so I call NVC everyday BY FAITH and hope to hear news about me paying the IV fee bill and that nothing was wrong with any of my packages. Not hearing from them is crazy, so I call everyday just to make sure at least we are communicating. I find this quite therapeutic - except for the rude ones!!!

*** I am listening to: The blood that Jesus shed at Calvary, it will never lose its power - even with unbearable NVC*** :clock::whistle:

NVC is really unbearable and to be honest, its the grace of God that is really helping us because its not easy to be away from our spouses. Just hang in there, all this will soon be over.

During my Visa Journey I experienced this. My circumstance remained difficult but the attitude of my heart changed. Once the journey was complete my wife and

I realized that our capacity to experience and trust Gods grace had been enlarged. Had we not taken our eyes off our circumstance and lifted our vision during

this process we would have missed something of eternal value. To look back on our visa journey and see that we learned to trust God in some greater measure

was the higher purpose of our life circumstance.

Got hold of. NVC , talked to the supervisor said they are going to review it . Does anybody know how long it takes for them to review a mistake nvc made ?

I do not have an idea, but I do hope and pray that they review and correct their own mistake as soon as possible. Fingers crossed for you.
