thanks nothing i can do now than just deal with it , its disappointing because im pregnant and my due date is nov 25 it would be so sad if my husband isnt here for his baby birth , he's already missing out my pregnancy ;( and my lawyer is not even following up on these things. :( my husband dont even know yet that this happen , i know he will be mad and sad , i hate being the one to tell him all this bad news

Mine was around 15 pages because I used the EZ form and tax transcripts. After the I-130 packet it felt disturbingly thin. I checked about a hundred times for fear I was missing something incredibly obvious!

Lol no my 30 biz days will be on aug 21. I m just feeling depressed that Nvc is not workig at all since 2 days. I thought this week I will hear something about AOS :(

Where did you even find a phone number to call the IRS? I scoured and scoured the web, the number I found for requesting tax transcripts was only a voice automated menu, I tried every option, I even tried pressing 0, could not get to a person no matter what I did.

That is great information to pass along to save others the grief those stupid tax transcripts gave me!

How to Get Tax Help

It will stay "N/A". You need to call the NVC to get updates on your documents.

Nothing new to report. Seems like time stopped 1,5 months ago...

Are you waiting for a CC now? :)

If so, it takes 1.5 months (30 business days or 45 calender days) for NVC to review a package so it does feel like time has stopped 1.5 months ago. :no:
