Hello VJ MembersMy Mother In USA Received NOA 2 With Approvel Notice At June 25 2014 And Until Today I call NVC Every Week And They Still Didn't Received My Case ??!

I applied for my husband and I have the NOA2 date of July 25th. I still haven't even received a hard copy, forget it being sent to NVC on time. They are extremely backlogged Some people said it takes about 3-4 weeks

am also a beneficiary of this type though no interviewed yet.dont bother calling the nvc because i730 arent kept there they are immediately forwarded to embassy.mine approaved in april an reached embassy in early may.i advise you call the embassy and confirm whether they received the file.hope you got something.

i730 petitions dont get case numbers depending on countries.mine too has the reciept number only. call them and give them your name,petitoners name,type of petition and the uscis reciept number.but you would rather send an email to them because it will give them time to check your file.ask them if they recieved the petition. if have any questions freely ask.

yeah am waiting they told me they schedule interviews in the order in which files are recieved since they recieve many i730s. a friend of mine waited for three months after recieving his file to get interview but countries differ some are given interviews in a little time depending on the workload.
