Hello,

Here I am again with a million questions! I paid my AOS bill yesterday and after checking the status today, I noticed that it says paid. My questions are;

1-Do I have to download a form or does NVC sends it to me?

2- How do I summit my affidavit of support and my joint sponsor's AOS?

3- Can I file my husband and my step-daughter IV application?

PS, I really hope that someone can help me because I HAVE NO CLUE OF WHAT I AM DOING ?.

No they don't send you the forms, I think they may have done so a long time ago though. You can get the forms from the USCIS website. You have to fill out an I-864 with your info, and an I-864 with the joint sponsors info.

Since you are filing for your husband and stepdaughter, they are two separate cases. I hope you paid the AOS bill once. You will need two of everything. So you have to submit one I-864 with the supporting docs for your husband and one of the same with the supporting docs for your stepdaughter. The AOS for the joint sponsor has to be one for your husband and one for your stepdaughter.

You can start getting the docs ready for the IV application, I'm not sure if you are able to fill it out before paying the fee though.

This does not constitute legal advice.

If you fill it out on PDF make copies before signing, that way you don't fill it out mutiple times, and sign after you photocopy them since the signature has to be an original.

She can't make copies of it anyway because they would all have different info. She literally has to fill out four separate forms.

This does not constitute legal advice.

1-Do I have to download a form or does NVC sends it to me? - download
2- How do I summit my affidavit of support and my joint sponsor's AOS? - print out coverpage at payment portal, send to address on coverpage
3- Can I file my husband and my step-daughter IV application? - yes, if DS-261 filled out on both of them, naming you as agent.
