As I understand it, the BB stamp makes it so you don't have to do anything with immigration for a year. If you need to extend after that year, you need to go and do the conversion and extension stuff at least a week before your year is up. Till then you're all good.

A bb stamp will work for DCF. If you're just going to head to Disney for vacation, then come back so you can get the bb, no issues with residency. Just have your other residency proofs. Bills, bank account, etc. Just need to show you've been living here for 6 months.

that wont be any problem ive been here for 5 years. i just visit in the us. because my girlfriend who i met here we have been together for 5 years and now i am married to her and i want us to start our family back in texas where my family is. anyway yes we plan to do BB visa i overstayed for 1 month already will just leave before 59 days is expired thanks for your answer.
