Can we get the medicall exam for the beneficiary ahead of time or do we have to wait for the NOA2 to schedule it?

You should wait until you receive your NOA2, I see you're at TSC as it's currently taking 6 months for an NOA2. Keep in mind that your medical is typically valid for 6 months.

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

I don't know about your embassy, but in China, the hospital required the beneficiary fiancee to make the

interview appointment first, and to bring the interview confirmation print out.

Otherwise, they will not give you official exam.

Your best bet is to wait for embassy's instruction to do so,

unless there is medical condition that you guys like to check out ahead of time.

No, you can't. You have to wait for your case number. Wait for embassy instructions or contact your embassy AFTER you have the NOA2.

You will also need passport photo for the medical.

AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

At the Blackrock Clinic in Dublin, you do NOT have to have a case number or an NOA2 in order to schedule your medical. I thought the same thing after reading posts around this forum, but heard from someone else going through the process in Ireland that they were able to schedule the medical whilst awaiting their NOA2. So... I told my fiance to call them and they told him they do not require any case number and the medical is valid for 12 MONTHS. He is currently scheduled for his medical on the 13th and we have yet to receive our NOA2. The receptionist actually recommended he do it ahead of time because they ony schedule the medicals on Wednesdays and are sometimes booked up for months. He called a week ago and August 13th was the soonest appointment they had available.

They require your passport, passport photo and vaccination records if you have them. And it costs 395 Euro.

I know it's confusing, but I have a feeling the medical portion of the K-1 visa varies drastically depending upon the country. But, if the medical for your visa is at Blackrock in Dublin, go ahead and schedule it now! It can really slow down the process if you wait until you receive your NOA2 or Packet 3 to schedule it. Hope this helps!! :)
