NOA2

Yep, I definetly lost the NOA2. What a bunch of #######. I don't even know why the NOA2 is required. I mean, obviously my petitioned got approved, otherwise the visa wouldn't have been issued. The visa itself should be sufficient. I can't believe I have to pay $200 to get a copy, when the whole I-129F application is only $170. Also, it's kind of silly if you think about it. THEY issued it. It's 2007. Almost everything is paperless now. Don't they have computers where they can look this stuff up? Hell, just call the 800 number and enter our case number. It'll tell you "This case was approved on July 9th".

Vaccinations

Yes, his vaccinations are up to date, otherwise Argentina wouldn't have issued him a K1, since it's a requirement. No, he didn't make a copy of the vaccination paper work from his medical because HE NEVER HAD A CHANCE. The paperwork got sent straight to the embassy, and then was placed in the brown envelope and then probably to the trash bin at POE.

Well, at least these are all solveable, I'll just be an amputee after their fees of an arm and a leg.

I moved to another state and I didn't receive the NOA 2. I called USCIS and they sent me a paper stating my case was approved. I sent this letter with the AOS. I read in past posts of individuals not having the NOA2 and they sent online case approvals with the letter from NVC stating the case was sent to the embassy.

My hubby did not get the vaccination record at his interview. We simply called the doctor that performed the medical and he faxed us a copy of the vaccination record that was sent to the embassy. I hope this helps you!

Vaccines are not required for a K1 non-immigrant visa to be issued by DOS.

They are required for filing I-485 with USCIS.

Are you serious? How long did it take to get the letter? I do have still the letter I got from NVC, and the approval e-mail..I have copies of EVERYTHING except for NOA2. Thanks for the help, I'll definetly give a try!
