Okay, so then this is one more confirmation that Boehner isn't moving on impeachment not because the threshold for that is too high but solely for political reasons.

Impeachment is a wholly political act, not a legal one. Did you not know this?

Which then also confirms that this sissy "lawsuit" to nowhere is nothing but red meat for the crazies in the Republican Party.

Uggh; more of your loathesome rhetoric. You don't seem stupid; why can't you just compose a reasoned argument?

i had to read that like four times to make sure i was getting it right.

Have you considered night school?

One more post violating TOS has been removed, not because a Moderator "didn't like the wording" but for the same reason the other two posts were removed: it included a derogatory name deemed to be a 'bait' to upset other posters and keep the controversy roiling.

Borderline TOS violating insults are flying in both directions, people, so if you wish to report something, please make sure you are not also guilty of the same offense you are reporting.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Really? Where have you been?

Living in the real world, apparently. Nate Silver ran a statistical analysis regarding the mention of impeachment and it turns out that one side mentions the term far more than the other. But it's not the Conservative side.

http://fivethirtyeight.com/datalab/obama-impeachment-msnbc-fox-news/

In July alone, MSNBC has mentioned it 448 times, compared to a mere 95 by Fox News. In Congress, there have been a combined 14 mentions of the words impeach, or impeachment. Of these, 11 have been by Democrats.

If Sunburn Boehner is serious about resisting being railroaded into impeaching the President, it may well be the smartest thing he has done since becoming Speaker of the House. The only side that wins, if impeachment goes ahead, are the Democrats, who will receive an immeasurable boost in fundraising and activism.

The GOP must fight the President if he tries extending DACA to the rumored 5 - 6 million illegal immigrants, because the country would be on their side if they did. The same is not the case on impeachment.

Don't interrupt me when I'm talking to myself

To heck with the facts, the obama deniers will stay in denial mode

she represents the right as much as ed shultz & al sharpton represent the left. do you have anyone credible to name?

yah, I didn't think so.

Sarah Palin is a prominent Republican or has she since left the party? I seem to remember that it made the news when she was not given a speaking slot at the 2012 Republican convention. If she's not a relevant Republican, then why would that make headlines? She's a regular at CPAC - another gathering of Republicans that will exclude GOP incumbents from attending but will certainly host Sarah Palin. But sure, let us pretend that she's not really a prominent Republican. Why deal with reality? It's so cruel, right?

Here are some other stories about GOP incumbents and candidates calling for Obama's impeachment.
