How long does it take for the NVC to receive the file from TSC and how long does the NVC take to send it to the consulate?

based on our timeline... we got case number for 13days... and they ship it to philippines on june 27 and receive it by july 01

It took exactly two weeks for the NVC to process and scan in the package from when it was sent from the CSC. I called the NVC back three business days later and it had been sent to the Embassy that day.

It's about 2- 5 weeks (average 2-3 weeks) from receipt of NOA 2 hard copy. You can probably give NVC a call after 10 business days for the case number, if it's already available.

Hello everybody!

my fiancé and I are just waiting to get the Noa2…we submitted our RFE reply few days ago, CSC is already reviewing it (it was my letter of intent) and i was wondering if you could share with me what you have to do once you get the noa2…I've read about it but I've come to the conclusion that to hear what all of you do and submit actually helps make it much better and not to commit mistakes..so i will really appreciate your experiences so i can start getting thing ready n order to save time here time is gold as you all know! thank you very much!

On July 31, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

thank you for your reply and nevermind my time of the day. I am from Russia, so there's a huge time difference My fiance got notification technically on Thursday evening, and it's my Friday morning already.

Depending on where in the U.S. it's being mailed... I would give it at least 5 to 7 days.
