The older two boys still have not got their oath letters, they have been in queue since June 20th. I was hoping they would be done before their classes started back up.

Maybe. He was top 10 in Denver though and he grew up in Colorado. It's not by much but we risk overpaying for the house if we go higher. I asked hubs what he wanted to do but he's out in the middle of no where right now working on equipment. He's learning how to change out a piece of equipment that is rarely changed. I don't remember if it's a TRACON, VOR, or ILS.

That is what I was thinking. I would be turned off by that. Heck if I was around when the hubby bought this place we would of got a different house or at least a better deal. He agent sucked.

We can back out of the deal at either the inspection or appraisal without harm. The market just sucks here. We'll keep going. All we can do. Eventually it'll happen.
