Now you got it going. I think your husband is trusting you to do the work in finding a house. Could it be when he trusts you in something, you view it as he's not involved? I'd suggest you start making appointments to see homes you're interested in that fit the discussed options, even if slightly higher priced. Then inform him when you're going together to view the home.

I think I have to agree with your assessment. That's what I have been doing thus far, so in other words, keep up the good work?
