well, he followed it half way and then realized that it isn't gonna work like that......

Now, we're screwed. And if you ask people now, nobody voted for him.....

But we don't talk politics here. Sorry, my bad.

Who followed what, where and how? I don't get this stuff.

My insurance sucks, but it did before all the changes to. We changed plans a couple months ago, but I didn't see a difference. Maybe our plan isn't so bad now considering.

It really sucks big time now, they got letters from the State saying if they have their spouse on their insurance and if the spouse can get insurance through their own work they are getting dropped.

My insurance is great. So great....that Obama said it was "Too great", and that I have to pay an excise tax to pick up for the slackers......

So I must now go from "free" to about 4-5000 a year....why?

I know why, but we don't talk politics here.

ok, I'm going to work...

I wish it was that low, with asthma I don't even want to go to the doctors anymore, my 18$ inhaler in Canada costs me 50$ here oh and I got 2 in Canada for 22$ if the doctor wrote it as a two pack.

You can order from Canadian pharmacies or shop around for a cheaper price. For example in the last 2 months I've paid $3, $15, $18 at 3 different pharmacies for the exact same generic pill script. Same with a different med, two different CVS pharmacies and one charged $25, the other $16.

They're around. this thread originated as a "Rant" thread (About 20 episodes ago)...to vent about that, and everything else. Now it kinda evolved into a chit chat. Except the times when the ladies (I call them broads, because they prefer to be called such :) ) here turn it into a "fallopian chat". Then it's just a ovarian chat.....

Hey I got Ovary problems! Count me in!

We use ours at least once a day, but there are 3 of us.

Husband chores are trash taking out, fixing things, lawn mowing, and bug killing. He works and I don't, so I don't mind having more chores.

Man's work in my house. Vacuuming, taking the trash out, fixing things, doing the dishes, cleaning the bathroom, watering the plants, caring for the dogs, eating her food  , massaging wife's sore feet, and here's the big one, making breakfast in bed for my wife on Saturday.

Oh and I pick up after myself. I hate clothes laying around, they belong in the laundry baskets, presorted so laundry is easier. Dishes and glasses used when its not meal time are to be returned to the kitchen and rinsed. Those are the rules I set for myself and expect others to follow, including my wife. She's never complained and was quite happy I was generally a clean house keeper when she arrived. But she takes house cleaning to a whole new level beyond what I do.

When I was a college student I drove a taxi in the city, you'd be surprised how many bearded lumberjack manly men in flannel came out of the gay bars taking some girly man home.

is the word "issued" really all that mysterious and puzzling?

Does this mean I've got my visa?

nuh uh you better contact your congressperson and see if they can get this "issued" status reversed - some have posted that it actually means you've been denied!

yes. folk not make time to understand about visa packet generation, mailroom ops, logistics, and visa packet sending.

most think 'issued' means they can show up same day at the IV Unit and get it in their hand from a Consular Official.

I have given up trying to explain it, especially in a particular regional forum, where folk refuse to use the advanced search tool.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

it is much easier for them to just post a million and one questions on VJ hoping some kind soul will come by and spend a few minutes out of their day spoonfeeding them instead of actually having to do some work and research on their own.

Do I get my money back?
