I know dudes with morphology issues who really do sit around with ice packs between their thighs. No joke.

ouch, if I sat around with an ice pack on it, it would't be working again for a week.

That is as evil as us guys saying then take out your ovaries with a dull spoon to your female issues.

Not evil at all heat kills sperm, need them boys nice cool. They make special undies to not freeze the boys off just to keep them a bit cooler.

And some days I would rather take a dull spoon then deal with the ####### I endure!

Oh ya I have friends that say just put her in bed and let her cry she will go to sleep. Umm no she won't she would puke all over the place exorcist style then continue to scream and rinse and repeat. My fil would say its not healthy for her to be up so late or not get longer naps. I just want to scream I can't make her sleep it won't work, heck one night she was teething I gave her tylenol and figured well maybe she will finally sleep. Nope she was all hyped up till 2am.

She hated the carseat for the first 6 months she screamed bloody murder in that thing. Naps with her didn't last long either when she did nap I was lucky if she got 45 minutes.

Her pedi actually asked me if she passes out from lack of oxygen when she gets upset, but she never has.

THe first 6 months we also delt with bad acid reflux with her so sleep started out at 5 to 15minutes. I was about to lose my mind then.

Mine hated the car too!

I eventually in the toddler years at some point had to do cry it out in longer intervals because I was ready to lose my mind. Still not a great fix and she still many night had long fits of night terrors.

Now that she is moving towards being 6, I finally can get her to go to bed.

She hyperventilates when she gets really upset, but I used to do that as a kid too.

Alexis started sleeping better when she out grew the worse of the acid reflux.

She's sleeping part of the night in her own bed now, the odd night she sleeps right through in her bed. It''s getting better thank goodness, but if the sun comes up that is it she's up. We have the windows covered up but now she pulls it back to say see the sun is up wake up! Little stinker.

Was she formula- or breast-fed? Not that it has much to do with it, but I've read that kids who act like this sometimes have allergy issues.

My kid had acid reflux and consitpation issues and was breast fed.

Her father was completely bottle fed and barely eats any veggies but yet is one of the healthiest people I've ever met and always have been.

Personally, I'm a little skeptical of one being worse than the other, but I know the momma juice is free! :D
