I'd like nothing better than that. But its not the way my wife thinks. When she gets upset there's nothing to do but wait her out, and usually that means she's going to sleep on it.

Morning all...weekend was good..worked on roof, still cleaning garage, did some driving....some more practicing for the driving theory (I cannot help it..unless I know the book 100% I won't take the test...yup...crazy).

Emailed the hubs....I am sorta angry with him cause he has been acting like an azz......just not responding to me and pretending I am not there...like, can he at least say "ok I will show up at the signing and ok I will split the costs with you"....seriously....he is the one hurt here ? I am out all of my savings, 25k in debt, moved countries 2x, taken care of everything since I got here and cooked for whole family most of this time and yet.....he is the poor thing who is hurt ? But keeps eating the food I make but won't acknowledge the fact that I even exist...so I am his servant ?

Went out for groceries and FIL asked if i asked him what he wanted me to buy ...and i am like "uh...he is not going because he is playing world of warcraft, he is not talking to me at all and I should be asking him if he wants me to bring him food from the store ? No I did not ask him and don't intend to anymore..if he wants something he better go out and get it"

Had a great weekend trip with my wife and some friends, even though the hotel tried to screw it up.

First screw up was the reservations. Hotels you should not have a stoner working at your front desk. Apparently he screwed up many people's reservations, as you could hardly walk by the front desk area without hearing some other distressed person wonder why their reservations were screwed up or missing. We booked for two nights directly with the front desk. I've found that is better when you travel with dogs just to make sure there is no surprises. The front desk stoner clerk ended up only entering us for one night, neglected to note we would arrive with dogs, and neglected to note our friends and us wanted rooms near each other. The hotel was fully booked for the second night, but the non-stoner clerk on duty fixed that. Come to Sunday check out, and stoner clerk is back on duty, night one we're charged the rate our reservation was for, night two they charge us $30 more. Stoner clerk says its corporate and there's nothing he can do about it. I don't even want to deal with this clueless f*cktard, so I take the bill without signing it, although I know its gone on my card. BTW they made no note about the fees jumping $30 for a second night, and that was not the quoted rate on check in. Complaint is in to La Quinta corporate, but they bounce it to the local hotel. We'll see what happens. But I will escalate this until I get my $30 back. And I hope that clueless f*cktard of a stoner clerk gets fired. Seriously they should not put idiots at the front desk.

I know....and it drives me up the wall...this was my last attempt...I told him I take responsibility for being so stupid and not questioning him more about things and not making sure he was truly ready but for the rest...it is on him and his mom. bleh....i am sorry about the screw ups...we stayed at la quinta too in TN lol

It was not terrible and we had a good front desk guy, did not find the breakfast that great but otherwise was good. Hopefully you can resolve this.
